With Our Office:

During the summer before (or early fall) of your senior year - complete our registration webform below. You will then have until September 5th to submit the completed application packet. We will schedule an in-person interview in early October and will notify applicants of their nomination status in November.

1. Thoroughly read the Application FAQs
2. Submit the online webform to register. (This is separate from the Application Packet.)
3. Complete the PDF Application Packet (Hand written applications will not be accepted.) Print your completed application, add all of the other components and then scan together as one .PDF. Email that to Ashlee.Springer@mail.house.gov (You can also mail to 455 E. Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903 or hand deliver M-F, 9:00am - 5:00pm.)

• FYI: 3 letters of recommendation are required with your application. Your letter writers may submit the letter directly to you OR they may email their letter to: Ashlee.Springer@mail.house.gov and we will add it to your application. If to you, then please remove it from sealed envelope and scan it as part of your application.
• FYI: Unofficial and official high school transcripts are acceptable and do not have to be in a sealed envelope - but should be signed by a school official
• FYI: We do not "Superscore" standardized tests. Please provide the summary page of your ACT / SAT score
• FYI: We use "unweighted GPAs". If your school doesn't use the unweighted system - please ask your counselor to calculate it for you

Your application for a nomination will not be considered and you will not be invited to attend an interview unless you complete the following:

• Submit the online registration webform
• Scan and email your application packet, along with all the required documents (as ONE .pdf packet) to my office at: Ashlee.Springer@mail.house.gov before the deadline date of September 5, 2025
